Procedure and Policy
Fingerprinting is available by appointment only.
- Galesburg Location: 9:00 am – 3:30 pm – Wednesdays
- Monmouth Location: 9:00 am – 3:30 pm – Thursdays
- For both locations, please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before appointment

(Only credit/debit is accepted. The fee for contractors, student teachers and substitutes is $62 and $72 for all other applicants. All payments required at time of printing.)
ROE #33 provides Livescan fingerprinting services at the Monmouth and Galesburg Offices for the following categories

o A UCIA is a state only background check. Any person can request a UCIA fingerprint on themself. If an applicant authorizes an organization to request a UCIA fingerprint, then that organization can request the UCIA

Galesburg Fingerprinting:
The office is located at 932 Harrison Street. Upon arrival at the Regional Office of Education #33, you will use the left set of doors at the main entrance (facing Harrison Street) and press the buzzer to notify us of your arrival. PLEASE BRING A VALID PHOTO ID/DRIVER’S LICENSE.
Monmouth Fingerprinting:
The office is located at 105 N. E. Street Suite 1. Upon arrival at the Regional Office of Education #33, you will use the West Entrance of the building (on E Street) and press the buzzer to notify us of your arrival. PLEASE BRING A VALID PHOTO ID/DRIVER’S LICENSE.
