Delabar CTE System is a regionally-organized system that delivers career and technical education (CTE) programs to its member schools:
The Delabar CTE System operates under the governance of a Board of Control, which represents a legal entity as defined by its local cooperative agreement. Only members of the Delabar CTE System receive state and federal CTE funds. The Delabar CTE System's geographic boundaries align with the Henderson-Mercer-Warren Counties Regional Office of Education, Knox County Regional Office of Education, and Carl Sandburg College to ensure operational effectiveness, efficiency, and program continuity.
